To give everyone a brilliant experience when they join us, we welcome all new starters to ModStart – our immersive 2-day induction programme. It’s tailor-made to help you feel welcome and get you up and running as quickly as possible.

We’ve created a friendly, relaxed environment that helps new starters rapidly develop their knowledge and build strong support networks. We spend time learning about our platform, our tech, the world of payments and more, while also spending time bonding with our leaders, colleagues and fellow starters during lots of social activities.
