Modulr FS Board
The Board of Directors of Modulr FS Limited (regulated in the UK by the FCA) is responsible for setting our risk appetite as well as providing strategic direction and oversight of our governance structure. Oversight of risk management and internal control is delegated to the Modulr FS Audit and Risk Committee.
Modulr Finance B.V. Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board of Modulr Finance B.V. (regulated in the Netherlands by the DNB) provides oversight and advice to the Management Board and delegates oversight of risk management to the Modulr Finance B.V. Audit and Risk Committee.
Modulr Finance B.V. Management Board
The Management Board of Modulr Finance B.V. (regulated in the Netherlands by the DNB) is responsible for the implementation of our strategy and management of day-to-day operations of our European entity.
Modulr Holdings Board
The Group Board sets the strategic direction for the Modulr Group, upholding the culture, values and standards of exemplary corporate governance. The Board delegates strategy to each of our regulated entities to their respective Boards.
