Modulr reserves the right to decline services to any jurisdiction, organisation, or individual whose activities are illegal, prohibited by Modulr, or may cause Modulr reputational, regulatory, financial or operational harm. This includes restricting where/who Modulr clients can send money to, from, or on behalf of.
This page provides information on the jurisdictions that are prohibited or restricted for use as part of Modulr’s services. To use Modulr’s services, you must remain compliant with these rules and restrictions.
The lists of jurisdictions described on this page are representative but not exhaustive and subject to change.
Prohibited Jurisdictions and Persons
Use of Modulr’s services for any dealings, engagement, or sale of goods/services directly or indirectly with the following are prohibited:
- Jurisdictions Modulr has deemed as prohibited, including but not limited to - Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Haiti, (Islamic Republic of) Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar North Korea, Russian Federation Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Yemen.
